My friend Janet sent me this (not the #2 fan Janet!!!) I have NO idea how she found it, but it needs to be shared with all aspiring "community organisers" out there. Yes, it is a bit of Canadiana, and yes, Rick Mercer is one of my favourite Canadians. Hey, he even had a few choice words for Gutfeld recently; advice on what constitutes comedy and what doesn't cut it.
