That question is at the core of all that is happening in America today. Despite the best efforts of Obama's 'Fight the Smear' teams that surfaced at the beginning of the election campaigning, and which continue to this day, many Americans continue to question the legitimacy of this man who hurtles at breakneck speed to 'change' the USA.
Anyone who dares to ask for proof of BHO's right to sit in the highest office in the land, is slapped down; lawsuits turned away, legitimate challenges to the identity of BHO are met with vicious - and expensive - smears from the Obama supporters.
Still the questions continue to be asked. Americans have a right to know who is this man about whom we all know very little.

One of the banks of attorneys assigned to quash demands for documentation that President Obama is constitutionally eligible to occupy the Oval Office is counting on a ruling that American citizens have no "standing" to demand that information.
The attorneys argued in a brief submitted to the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals that any injury to someone whose president is not eligible is the same injury for all people, so the individual has no legal standing to complain.
WND has reported on the case brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo in January 2009 on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr.
Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives, former Vice President Dick Cheney and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The case alleges Congress failed to follow the Constitution, which "provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate 'elected' by the Electoral College Electors."
The complaint also asserts "when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same." The case contends the framers of the U.S. Constitution, when they adopted the requirement that a president be a "natural born citizen," excluded dual citizens.
According to a statement on Apuzzo's weblog, the government's statement will be answered by the scheduled deadline of March 22.
In a posted statement, Kerchner said, "What a lame and empty defense."
He continued, "Basically they're saying Obama and Congress can totally ignore the U.S. Constitution and there is nothing 'We the People' can legally do about it. No one has standing to right the wrong when Obama & Congress illegally violate Article II of the Constitution and seat illegally an ineligible person as president and commander in chief of our vast military power. ..

With the msm aiding and abetting the fraud which is being hoisted on the American people, eagerly broadcasting his every utterance, (can hardly be called articulate speech..Errrr, uh, ummm,)native-born and legitimate Americans continue to dig for the information which proves that BHO has no right to be POTUS. On Sept. 7, 2008, Barack Hussein Obama appeared on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” and stated, “I had to sign up for Selective Service (SS) when I graduated from high school … And I actually always thought of the military as an ennobling and, you know, honorable option. But keep in mind that I graduated in 1979. The Vietnam War had come to an end. We weren’t engaged in active military conflict at that point. And so, it’s not an option that I ever decided to pursue.”
Some people did keep in mind that he graduated in 1979 and noted the registration requirement was suspended in April 1975 by President Gerald Ford and wasn’t reinstituted until 1980 by President Jimmy Carter in response to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
The Military Selective Service Act required men born in the calendar year 1961 to register on any of the six days beginning Monday, July 28, 1980.
On Oct. 13, 2008, J. Stephen Coffman, a retired federal agent, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the SS for a copy of Obama’s SS registration form.
His FOIA request was processed on Oct. 29, 2008, two days after the SS claimed it was received.
Coffman received a copy of Obama’s registration form along with a copy of the computer inquiry screen, which showed an access date of Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks prior to Coffman’s request.It was accompanied by a letter from Richard S. Flahavan, associate director for public affairs and intergovernmental affairs, who stated, “Also, the enclosed computer inquiry screen indicates that his registration number is 61-1125539-1, as previously provided to you.”
The computer printout shows a transaction date of Sept. 4, 1980 (the date Obama’s July 29, 1980 registration was entered into the system) with a last action date of Sept. 4, 1980, signifying nothing else had been received or entered since the original Sept. 4, 1980 registration form.
Coffman found it peculiar his request, according to the computer printout date, was processed on Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks prior to submitting his request....

Americans watch BHO determined to give illegal aliens - and enemy combatants - all the rights and privileges to which native-born American citizens have an inalienable rights. Yet, there remain many questions about BHO's own claim to be an American..
BHO can fight the so-called 'smears' for as long as he likes, but these are legitimate, VALID questions. His supporters may well attempt character assassinations on any who dare ask for the simple truth, but in this instant, the truth IS simple. A birth certificate, and records confirming all the claims that have been made about BHO's true identity/citizenship, would once and for all, silence any critics.
Why does BHO not produce all this evidence? Why do he and his minions refuse to show documentation which every American can readily - and easily - have at hand? Why does he not come clean, and settle these matters once and for all?
Whatever the answers, and wherever the truth lies, BHO will one day have to actually answer this most basic of questions:
