There is a really touching tribute on her Caring Bridge page. In the last few hours of her life, her words were unintelligible, but about 45 minutes before she died, the word "Momma" was clearly understood. I would like to think that Hannah's mother and Jesus were waiting by the bridge to help the newest little angel start her journey. Rest in peace, little one.
