Gold Star Mother tells it like it is

My regular readers know who Mrs Deb Tainsh is. She is a Gold Star Mother, her and husband Dave's son giving his life in Baghdad on February 11, 2004.

As one of those pictures above shows, Deb and Dave LIVE "Country First." I got an email from Deb today, saying that she and Dave are joining next week's McCain/Palin Victory Bus Tour in Florida. She says - in part:

"...We will be telling Patrick's story, our story, and telling why McCain/Palin is the strongest choice for our nation in this time of war on terror. I am also doing radio talks as well, one national out of Nashville on Monday, with others to follow up to Nov 4.

Also, I wanted to share comments that a liberal minded individual sent to an acquaintance of mine (and I happen to also receive the message) regarding Sean Hannity's Fox program tonight (Sunday) regarding Obama's lifelong radical mentors and acquaintances, and my subsequent message back to this liberal...."

The following comments are in response to the email about Sean Hannity's show, tonight on Fox, researching the real Obama that has been going the rounds. Read on:

That email is bullshit!

Everybody has a past, you trust that they learn from it. Remember President Bush's drug and drink behavior before he "found god?"

Intelligent people test theories, question ideas and yes ... associate with radicals ... How do you find yourself, educate yourself, learn new ideas in your youth if you don't explore radical ideas?

Embrace the man who is willing to try new ideas and run from people who don't! Fear is a dangerous philosophy.

Watch the program but keep in mind you don't know what you like, want or think until you try.

I don't know who you are, Eileen ********, but from the wife of a retired United States Marine, and mom of a United States Army soldier who believed in the mission and his part in the fight in the war on terror and died with friends to make sure Americans like you and your family could continue to live the American dream in a free, capitalistic, entrepreneurial society, I suggest that you study up more on Senator Obama, the history of our great nation and the sacrifices made over 200 years to make us the greatest of all even with our flaws.

You are right. Everyone has a past and it is wise to have knowledge of all things including "radical ideas." But when someone who embraces those "radical ideas" wants to use them to change my country and lead my fighting forces, and be weak in standing against radicals, instead of fighting against such radical ideas, then you bet, that person needs to get out of my country.

I doubt you know little about just how biased media is and how it is working to destroy the America so many of us revere even with its flaws. I personally know how biased media is. I've dealt with various tv news venues and newspapers in their biased approaches to keeping off the air the real successes in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Obama should be feared. Have you read through his voting record on the internet? Have you read the two books he wrote? Have you read his speeches? IF SO, how can you not see he only wants to make those who are weak even more dependent on the government for handouts and place our nation at risk with enemies who hate us.

Obama is a pure socialist at heart, believes white people are bad folk, (his wife as much as said so when she said that "America is mean") and only wants to weaken our country so that more 9/11s can occur. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

He wants redistribution of wealth to keep those "fed and housed" with tax American dollars who are too sorry to learn to live respectably through their own ambitions, courage and abilities that can provide any person in America the opportunity to succeed.

My husband and I both grew up as poor white trash, probably worse lives than Obama's child hood. We made accomplishments through our own endeavors in life without social programs and we can now afford several homes, and yes serving in the United States Marine Corps helped my husband be able to retire and sit on his freedom fighting rear end with 3 checks totaling more than you probably make.

In one of the two books that Obama wrote, he stated that he learned at an early age that as a "black", as long as he never showed anger and smiled, and was nice, he would always be seen as that "nice young black man" and make strides to accomplish what he set to do.

Well, he has used this to blind America in his attempts to change the America our forefathers dreamed of and sacrificed for to bring into being, and all those who fought and sacrificed in limb, spirit, and body in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and now the war on terror by radical Islamic Extremists who would as soon blow you and your family up as to look at you. So, lets put someone like Obama in office who wants to talk Iran into being a good little country while he, Obama, says he'll cut production of our nuclear and ballistic missles.

As a supporter of military families with children still serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, I can tell you that many soldiers and marines are waiting to see who comes into office before they choose to re-enlist. If you love your American way of life, freedoms, and a future minus socialist secular values and care for your children's future being out of reach of radical Islam, you best hope people listen to Sean Hannity's program and take notice.

You best hope that if Obama is elected he doesn't cut our military and weapons as he promised in a speech in Oct 2007 to the Caucus4Priorities. The radicals are paying close attention. They are praying to Allah that Obama is the next U.S. President. They want you and your family exterminated, or maybe place you in a burkah with slits for your eyes.

I recommend you research each radical person Obama has had as mentors in his life. Begin with radical, communist poet Frank Marshall Davis who has a 601 page FBI file for communist party affiliation and radical views that America's white people needed to be overthrown. Do you believe that Obama doesn't have these thoughts carved in his brain? He's smiling and talking rhetoric for his own purposes. He'd doesn't give a rat's ass about you and your family, just his "community organization causes" that allows people who can't afford homes to get them financed anyway and bring the mortgage industry, Fannie and Freddie Mac to their knees because of the pressure to not "red line". Granted, the execs were greedy, but the guys at the top were in Obama's pocket.

Think Eileen, whoever you are! You best wake-up and stop listening to rhetoric and biased media. Use your brain and look a bit deeper, that is unless you don't care about the history of America and the men and women who have died for you and your family over the generations. Or if you want socialism and secular living, you and your friends should move to Europe for the sake of the rest of us.

John McCain also has his flaws, but at least I know who and what he is, and if I owned a business and wanted to trust the most experienced and strongest of two resumes, it sure wouldn't be Obama.
