New options to help customers find missing or delayed military mail

The Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) has launched a new service that allows service members to track down lost and late-arriving packages and mail with an e-mail inquiry.

Military members and mailers can send an e-mail to mpsa-mrc@conus.army.mil to inquire about items that are at least 60 days overdue.

The email inquiry should include:

• Sender’s return address, telephone number and e-mail address
• The recipient’s name, rank and mailing address
• Any applicable tracking number on the mailpiece
