Corporal Amy-Jane Harrop, a military working dog handler, makes the most of a short break in the shade with her dog, Troy, before moving off again into the heat of the Afghan sun. It is vitally important that the dogs are given as much rest and hydration as the soldiers, as they work just as hard and quite often cover a vast amount of ground.
