03/04/2009 - U.S. Navy Cmdr. Richard "Miggs" Zins, outgoing commanding officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 87, gets soaked with water by his fellow aviators on the flight deck of USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) while under way in the Gulf of Oman March 4, 2009, following his aerial change of command ceremony with Cmdr. Richard “Cheese” McGrath Jr., the squadron’s incoming commanding officer. The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier and Carrier Air Wing 8 are operating the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
