Nick, at Ranger Up, has a post up that everybody should read. I am not even going to excerpt it. Just go here and read it all.

Maybe one day I shall tell the story of a little English girl whose first meeting with American soldiers stayed with her until she was an (almost) old lady. A meeting that shaped and drove her future actions for our troops. The British and American troops are most certainly forces for GOOD in a dangerous world.

Bless them all.

H/T to Damon of Knee Deep in the Hooah.

I read the post at Ranger Up yesterday and was so moved by his account of his time that he spent with the elderly concentration camp survivor that he had met on the train. And what a tribute to our British and American troops who touched so many lives when they liberated the camps and the love that remains in hearts for those brave young men.
