Stand WITH our military recruiters on Tuesday

Tomorrow an anti troops group is focusing on our recruiters and our children. I have written in the past about the attacks on our recruiters' offices across the US, and it seems tomorrow these ignorant cowards are planning to 'educate' YOUR children in high schools across America. They have an event planned designed to use your kids to harass our recruiters:

Their site, The World Can't Wait, is an interesting blend of bs and bully tactics. The comments are priceless. You may want to go over there and add your 2 cents' worth. Find them here.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of our entrance into Afghanistan, and this group plans to use the day to once again, prove their ignorance.

A brief snippet of what they spew:

To Youth in High School Now:

October 6 – the eighth anniversary of the start of the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

What are you going to stand for?
...

Despite President Obama’s promise to remove US troops, he’s calling them advisors while leaving them in Iraq. The war in Afghanistan, which we’re told is the “good war” where the “real” terrorists are, is going into its ninth year. It’s based on lies, just like the war in Iraq. What the United States is doing there is horrible and brutal, torturing people and bombing civilians while they sleep, just like the war in Iraq.

Is this OK because Obama -- and not Bush -- is in charge?...

This is why the military recruiters are everywhere these days – at school in the cafeteria, on college campuses, at the mall, in the video games and the TV commercials… lying and trying to suck youth into fighting their wars. They roll up in their Hummers talking about strength and discipline, about how the military will give you a “life with a purpose”. But what kind of purpose?...

Imagine if school administrations and teachers didn’t allow recruiters onto campus. Imagine if students looked at recruiters as the predators they are and no longer considered the Army a legitimate “career option.” We need a culture of defiance and resistance to military recruiters in high schools across the country.

Don’t be fooled! These wars are just as bad under President Obama as they were under George Bush. This culture of resistance needs to start October 6!...

...

Do I need to tell my readers who the fools are? I didn't think so, but if you must read more of this errrrrrrrrrr *stuff*, go here.

Michelle Malkin also has a great post up on these morons, and what they think they might be doing tomorrow, and you can find that here.

If you would rather be more productive with your time, may I suggest you find your local recruiters' office, and pay them a visit tomorrow. Make a few spare minutes, and let our recruiters know they have support. If you don't have the time to physically go there, at least give them a call, and say "Thank you." This brat alien is so tired of the attacks on our recruiters, I would personally appreciate any show of support you can give them, especially tomorrow.

Thank you.

There's actually a peace advocacy group that is marking the 8th anniversary of the Afghanistan war by flooding the White House's Facebook fan page over the next few days.
