Brat,You know how to rip my guts out!Mr & Mrs Tainish, I don't do sympathy things well. What am I going to say? Sorry your kid got killed?Yes, I'm sorry your kid got killed. I'm sorry for all the kids that got killed protecting my sorry behind.I did it & this generation is doing it & the next will do it until it doesn't need doing any more.
Deb and Dave:From the mother of an Army Soldier on his second deployment to Iraq, my thoughts and prayers turn to you. I have your book and I can tell Patrick was a very loved person. He grew into a WONDERFUL soldier! And he died a Hero. So many kids today die from drugs or driving recklessly or commmiting a crime. Your son died a Hero. He will NEVER be forgotten. My prayers are with you on this anniversary of his passing. He is now guarding the gates of heaven. You WILL be together again when it is YOUR time. Hugs to you both.DonnaProud Army Mom
