Injured servicemen have been making waves back to fitness along with the Army's top swimming squad during an intensive training week in Gibraltar. The troops, including multiple amputees, joined the Army's elite aquatics squad to clock up the miles with several gruelling sessions each day in the cold waters of the Mediterranean where it meets the Atlantic Ocean.
They have been training for the Round-Jersey Challenge, an arduous 41-mile race around the channel island to raise money for 'Holidays for Heroes (Jersey)', a charity which supports wounded Servicemen and women.
